Is the new book worth hosting in Feb?

Is the new cook book offer worth hosting a demo in Feb? I want to buy one, but not sure if I should host a demo in March or Feb, we are moving in a couple of weeks so it might be difficult to set a date before the end of the month. Should I try to find the time, or just wait until March?

I think it would be worth doing the demo in Feb for. Even if it is available for purchase after Feb ( which hasn't been confirmed by HO)it will more than likely be $60 as it is $30 half price purchase in Feb with a demo.
It is a lovely book
