A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Welcome to the crazy bunch!!!
Lots of great tips and well-tested recipies on this forum.  All my cooking has been from EDC and this forum.
Not sure I'll even need any other books, the folks here are so helpful and willing to share!!!
