Has anyone frozen this?? Is it still nice re-heated?
For some stupid reason, I am always hesitant to freeze things that I've made, such as the brocolli & cheese soup (I can't remember who's delicious recipe that is.. or this minestrone, or some of the casseroles.
I feel dumb posting this question as I figure it's something I should know.. but there ya' go, I'm not always the sharpest knife in the drawer
