TM Raving Fan in Mareeba
« on: February 06, 2010, 02:20:13 pm »
Hi all,  I bought my machine last year (September'ish) and thought it was great because I now had a simple and cheap way of making dairy alternatives and other healthy food. I've always enjoyed cooking (and eating!) but had to put a lot of time and effort to make something half decent. Now, with the help of my TM, there's no looking back. The more I cooked, the more I realised the possibilities were endless and that it really is a machine that should be an essential appliance in every houshold (I will buy a TM for both my children when they leave home)...... Anyway I decided to become a TM consultant! I've just finished my initial training which was fantastic and I'm looking forward to providing my family with nutritious meals while earning an income doing something I love. Do I sound like a raving fan? :o

Noelene, you're surrounded by raving fans here.  I got my machine about the same time as you, and the novelty shows no sign of wearing off.  If anything, it's increasing.  Wonderful to be able to combine something you love with making an income!

Hi Noelene, glad to hear you love your machine so much you have decided to become a demonstrator. After the experience you have up your sleeve already, I'm sure you will make a great demonstrator.  Good luck with your new career - go sell and make a lot of households happy like we are.

Oh good old Mareeba.... almost miss the place where I grew up! LOL!  ;D

Welcome to the forum Noelene... I've had my TMX since July and I'm still raving.... guess my friends and family are used to it now!  :D

Well, a raving fan is better than a raving lunatic!!  :D

Good on you for becoming a TM consultant! Have fun. ;D
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Welcome Noelene.  You are in the right place if you are a raving fan. I remember Mareeba well, we were stuck in the main street with an accident just down the road, towing our caravan! I ended up getting out and going shopping until it was cleared. Left DH in the car to move when it cleared.
We did love the area though, it's very beautiful. People were very friendly too. Although I guess the locals get a bit fed up with tourists, we certainly did when we lived in Broome.
