Does anyone have a bread sauce recipe to go with a traditional English roast turkey meal.
Thanks

Yes I do have Hally but have to take Geoff to that specialist in town right now so hang on and I will do it later (not that you need it whilst you are in Bali  ;)

Good thanks Marina.  This chap is an Infectologist and is the first doctor I have met who is prepared to spend as much time as it takes to get to the bottom of a problem.  First appt 90 minutes, todays 45 minutes. He strongly believes in vitamins and minerals for the body, especially for people like Geoff who have had a lot of infections of one sort or another so after the first appointment he had blood taken for 11 tests and was low in everything.  He is now on zinc, iron, selenium, chromium, Vitamin C & liquid Vitamin D on top of all the other medications he takes. The doctor is hoping this will strengthen his skin and bladder to prevent him getting as many infections as he has had this year. He only had to scratch himself and it became infected. We have high hopes of things improving now that we have been referred to this doctor.

Oh that is wonderful news, Judy.  It's such a relief you get someone who actually comes up with the type of help and support that this Infectologist is offering.  I'm sure you will start seeing a huge improvement soon.  Hug to Geoff.

Oh Judy Thank goodness you have found someone you can trust. I have had some interesting times over the last few years with the medical profession (not much fun) my thoughts and sympathies are with you both.

Your Professor sounds trustworthy Judy. Fingers crossed that things work for Geoff. We need him strong and well to taste TMX recipes.
