the TMX has landed
« on: March 14, 2010, 11:40:48 am »
I am very tired but very happy after a great day with our consultant Rosemary who cooked us some great food and tolerated my 3 year old insisting on cooking the risotto!  I can't wait to get stuck into the recipes this week.

Have already made a coffee (straight after the demo), then we got a late invite out to dinner so I whipped up some raspberry sorbet to take with us and our friends loved it!  Came home and whacked some shortbread in the oven for morning tea at work tomorrow - wow!  what a day...

Thanks again to all forum-ers who shared my excitement during the week as I counted down til today.

I look forward to learning from you all!

Glad it all went well versaceyoyo and lovely to hear you were straight into it after the demonstrator left - that's confidence for you  ;) ;)

Haha! Sounds like you're in Thermo-land!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
