Review of Beef Madras from Nifty but Thrifty

This is really tasty. It isn't that hot and doesn't really have too many spices in it. My DH who hates cumin really loved this dish.
A word of warning, make sure you make the Landsdale Curry first. This is also a handy curry powder to have. Tenina has said that others have their curry powder named after where they live, so she named this after where she lives.
I actually made mine in the slow cooker. I used skirt steak and left out the stock.
