I went roaring off to make this last night and then realised I needed fresh beetroot and didn't have any. So we missed out. Instead I made the Basil and Cheese rolls from the UK site.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I made this on the weekend - was beautiful in both looks and taste.

cookie, you could easily have changed that thrid to red, with some tomato paste & sun dried tomatoes for instance, or whatever you have :)
