Really easy recipe, nice and healthy too. The first time I did this recipe, the chicken breasts I used were massive, so I filletted them, and we only ate half. The leftover chicken was really yummy cold the next day on a wrap with left over beetroot salad. (Coleslaw or moroccan carrot salad would be good too). I will be cooking extra next time just for the leftovers!
