I make it fairly often, because it's all stuff I have in the cupboard, and it's quick and filling!

Yummmm. Made this the other night and it was delish, very easy and the semi dried tomatoes give it that boost. This one is a keeper.

Just made this with a 400gm can of brown lentils and borlotti beans as I discovered that I'd run out of dried lentils - followed the recipe and added a plonk of red wine - absolutely beautiful - thank you!!!!

This is a family favorite in my house, I also use it o make a lovely lasagna with layers of grilled veg and bechamel.

I made this for my family last night. It was eaten and enjoyed by all, including my picky DDs who don't like vegetarian
