Hello! Another West Aussie here!

Hello everyone! I joined the forum last year when I bought my machine but was so busy being amazed by what it could do and converting all my own recipes I didn't return for a while. Being a total cookbook addict, I am glad I remembered to come back, there are some fantastic recipes on here! I am very interested in healthy eating, and make most of my family's food from scratch including bread and condiments. Look forward to chatting!

Hi Ginger, welcome back to the forum. We often wonder where all those people who joined have got to ??
Nice to hear you were impressed with what you saw when you logged in again. Maybe now, with lots of experience under your belt you have some recipes you can share with us. Hope to see and hear more from you.

Welcome back to the forum! I'm also a cookbook junkie. Just can't help it! Have fun on the forum.

A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Welcome GJ.
You mean you all are cookbook addicts as well as TMX addicts. Gosh I only have about 200 cookbooks plus every Delicious published, and realms of paper with recipes printed on it and I can't walk past Good TAste, Food Ideas, Australian GoodFood, the BBC GoodFood, Masterchef magazine............................maybe I am addicted to cookbooks too. My latest is the Bourke Street Bakery one.
