I am finding with rice flour it is burning to the bottom a lot...  Any suggestions?  I made this, and a batch of veg puree which I thickened with rice four, and both stuck to the bottom quite well, and was definitely a pain to clean.  Any ideas if I am doing something wrong?

Thanks

You need to take the rice out as soon as it starts to thicken. Another option would turn the speed a little

Thanks, I assumed the rice flour would need to be cooked a little too.  Will give it another try.
