Thermomix is a raging carnival of awesome
« on: June 17, 2010, 10:22:34 am »
Have had my unit for 3 weeks and cant find a flaw. I want to get another one and play them like DJ turntables for the hungry masses. Have begun converting recipes and during my search for more, stumbled across this blog. Looking forward to filming some You Tube videos of the successful shots at culinary nirvana and picking your brains for more. Keep varoming ladies and gents and bye for now, T.

Welcome Tobyb. I love your description of your Thermomix.  What sort of things are you making?

enthusiasm is contagious. I'm separated from my TMX and missing it terribly. Had to grate carrot, chop tomatoes and mix meatballs by hand today. I really begrudged the extra few minutes that it took. Talk about spoilt  ;) ;)

Welcome tobyb - you almost sound like the March hare from Alice in Wonderland - so much to do & so little time to do it.

Have fun  :-* :-* :-*

Excellent description! Welcome! We look forward to your posts... ;D
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
