I'd add another egg to the mix - it should hold together when mixed.

I made these last night for dinner. I didnt make any alterations except to add to egg whites instead of a whole egg (to make it 'fat free'). My mixture was quite crumbly and I thought the balls might fall apart when I fried them, but they didnt.  :) I shaped them into small (wallnut-sized) balls and served with (store-bought) Mayo on the side (thought about making aoili on the TMX but ran out of steam LOL).

Anyway we LOVED them, but more surprisingly the Kids ADORED them. I was so surprised that the kids liked them so much because the cauli flavour is not particularly hidden.

To pad it out to a main meal I made this recipe along with the sweet potato and zucchini frtters and presented them on a bed of vegies (potato/carrot, diced, parboiled and then sauteed with mustard seeds). I served it up with some bread.

I think Felafel woud work nicely with these too :)

Hmm, been wondering about these for the kids, but all the spices and seasonings sounded a bit strong for littlies.  Might have to try them.  Love seeing reviews!
