There are a few of us who have been in the same boat re learning to use the forum. Daughters are very helpful that way.
Congratulations on your achievement.

Welcome Cook, we are the other consultants in town, would you like to share a TM display at the spring Festival this year?

10th of October, Melinda says..

Hi Rod

For you to have a stall all it takes is a trestle table, yourselves and Linda (if she is keen) to stand and talk about the TM, make sorbet if it is warming up, custard and soups if it is cool, and dips.  I would also normally have a Torte Caprese made for tastings and also bread.  This way you should generate demo bookings and .  I also find it great to have a list of demo times so people will come back past to have a look at lets say 11am because you are going to make sorbet.  If you have a large gathering at once then you can make something extra.

I will talk to you closer to the time regarding it but I think it would be a great idea if you still did the spring festival without me.  All costs will be a tax deduction as well.

So let me know, I am not sure if Deb will join us on the day or not.

Cheers

Rod
