Dishes I've purchased to fit inside my Varoma

I'm interested in using my Varoma more and would be interested in seeing more photo's and details about dishes people have bought to fit inside their Varoma, and for what purposes/recipes. If no photo's, please specify how many servings it gives and what capacity it holds to give everyone a good idea on the capabilities. Even what shop and website you purchased it from, and an indication of price...  Ta very muchly

I've bought quite a lot of different dishes to fit in the Varoma.   I will try and take some photos,  but you know me and the computer!!!
When i bought them I took the Varoma and an egg ring, (because this is what I sit them on so the steam can circulate)  I also use oven bags for Red Silk Chicken and such things that are cooked in a liquid.  I bought a stainless steel one,  with lid, from a $2 shop for $6.   If they don't have a lid you can always cover with glad wrap.  The op shops often have Pyrex dishes.

Good thinking everyone. I use a couple of small corningware dishes I have. They are at least 30 years old. I must try and remember the egg ring trick Chookie.

I have collected a number of different containers, to hold food, when using the Varoma. I also use oven bags. The largest Pyrex container is 7 cups. The containers without lids I cover with Glad Wrap. Most of the small dishes will fit 4 into the Varoma, although the very small ones will fit 6 or 8.
The egg ring I place under most of the large dishes to allow the steam to circulate. The pink stringy thing is called a " food loop". I use it under the larger dishes as the egg ring is too thick and the lid will not sit down.
I have other 'oven to table', dishes that I also use. I don't use plastic as I often brown the food after it is steamed.
The most expensive Pyrex container, with lid was $20.
I use 2 books when I want ideas, TMX Full Steam Ahead, and Brigid Treloar's ' Steaming'.

I have also pictured the small TMX food warmer. Although I haven't used it for steaming
I have been told that it is good, however you would need to block the small hole that is in the lid.

Good photo Chookie - I have a number of oval shaped dishes too.  Hope Vorwerk will make some dedicated dishes some day.
