EDC Chocolate Mousse
« on: July 01, 2012, 01:19:04 pm »
Has anyone made this successfully? I don't particularly like Chookie's version and want to try this one. On one of the FB sites, someone has said their's was grainy. :o
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

I haven't tried this one but the one in the MWOC book is good.

Just made this. Yummo. I cooked the chicken for the whole 12 minutes, it was fine but I did have chunky slices. Will remember to slice oranges very fine next time.

It was served with Cyndi O'meara's Apple Cous Cous from the Healthy Eating cookbook. Good match!

Now off to eat Mocha Mousse from In the Mix... love this machine.

Maybe the wrong topic? 😄
I made the EDC one and it was grainy. Still delicious but grainy 😒
