Caipirinha (brazilian cocktail)

Name of Recipe: Caipirinha
Number of People: 4
Ingredients:
70 g sugar (white or yellow)
100g cachaza (or vodca or rum)
800 g ice cubes
2 or 3 limes

Preparation:
Pulverize sugar 15 seconds, speed 9.
Add the cachaza and the ice and grind at speed 5 until the sound of the ice changes.
Cut the limes in 4 pieces and put them in the cup. Then hit Turbo 2 or 3 times to chop.
Serve in glasses with straws.

Tips/Hints:
The cachaza/rum/vodca can be poured in the glass, to make it more or less strong.
Also great with fruit (strawberry, kiwi, pineapple) instead of lime.

This goes very well if you put Black Vodka (like Eristoff) made of wild berry.

Believe me... The taste of wild berry with the limes...
