200g milk
150g Greek style plain yoghurt
600g bakers flour
Filling:
150g mixed cheeses
250g beef, chicken or lamb cubed
1 tablespoon plain flour
juice of one lemon
250g feta crumbled
(no ground paprika or cummin)
