thermo addict
« on: September 29, 2010, 11:24:30 am »
Hi everyone... I bought my thermomix off of my beautiful sister Sarah Moran from Perth about 3 weeks ago and boy has it had a workout! I have already taken it on a road trip, and it was perfect for the long days on the road! I have two small businesses, 3 small children, I am married and live in Esperance WA. The thermomix has saved me so much time and I love knowing my kids are eating lovely, fresh additive free food. Just bought additive alert, looking forward to reading it when I get home tonight. I am currently following Cyndi O'Meara's 21 day plan, and I just love it. Love love love! My record so far is 9 thermomix recipes in one day....lol. So addicted.

Hi Rebekah4708, welcome to the forum. Lovely to see you hop straight into it and even take it on a holiday with you - sounds as if it is part of the family already.

yes well come of things I did that day were the stock concentrate, and then I did strawberry jam, peanut butter and lemon butter to cover the spreads, then muesli bars for the kids. Then I made bread, and breakfast, lunch and tea in it. :) Made butter for the first time yesterday, and it is lovely. Can't wait to try more recipes on here. What are your favourites? I loved the award winning chicken with creamy sauce... I just added honey and mustard to the sauce. :) Looking forward to hearing your faves so I can try them too.....

Welcome, you are certainly off to a flying start. Congratulations.
My favourites seem to change quite regularly. At the moment it's icecreams.
