Hi Thermie_virgin, welcome to the forum. Can recommend the sticky date pudding. I've just taken some individual ones out of the freezer for a lunch visitor and still have enough sauce left from when I made them last Friday - how easy is that!
Back to basic classes are good for beginners, some people go to more than one but I prefer to go to something a little more informative other than the basic so whenever we have special classes here in Adelaide (eg a Polish cooking class held at a restaurant nearby) I jump at the opportunity to go along.
