Welcome to the forum Thermie_virgin.It sounds as though you are having great fun cooking in your TM. Look at the review about Sticky Date Puddings, very interesting topic.

Hi Thermie_virgin, welcome to the forum.  Can recommend the sticky date pudding.  I've just taken some individual ones out of the freezer for a lunch visitor and still have enough sauce left from when I made them last Friday - how easy is that!
Back to basic classes are good for beginners, some people go to more than one but I prefer to go to something a little more informative other than the basic so whenever we have special classes here in Adelaide (eg a Polish cooking class held at a restaurant nearby) I jump at the opportunity to go along.   Have fun!

Welcome. Probably a basic class will be handy if you are unsure of anything. It may be helpful to mess around and ask questions etc on the forum. We all have failures so don't be disheartened. Maybe you can come to our next Perth get together?
