I got this recipe off
www.theorganisedhousewife.com.au - not sure where she got it from! I've just made them for the first time - very easy and makes a lot of small biscuits. I made about 20 or so, then the rest is in a log in the freezer for another time. Not the healthiest but the kids like them! I'm not a big fan but I'm not a huge choc biscuit fan either.
In
200g butter (room temp but I just put in in
for 30sec on 37deg)
60g caster sugar (i used organic raw and is fine)
Beat these together 40sec spd 8, scrape sides and mix again 20sec spd 4
Add
1 tin condensed milk
1 tspn vanilla
Beat 20 sec spd 4
Add
220g SR flour
80g pl flour
55g cocoa
Stir in - was quite a stiff mix so just have a play around with what works best for you.
Drop teaspoon sized "blobs"
on to a baking tray. You can be all fancy and roll them and push down with a fork or lazy like me and leave them as they are!
Cook 160deg 15min.
They don't spread much, quite fudgy in the middle. Ice with melted white chocolate and top with sprinkles!
Enjoy
