I think I'm in love
« on: October 02, 2010, 05:09:54 am »
with my TMX that is  ;D.

My name is Kym and I'm from Brisbane.  I received my TMX31 on Monday and my DH is already worried that I'm going to wear it out.  Mind you he still believes that he'll only ever use it to steam dim sims.

I've got 2 young girls.  Elizabeth is 2y 10m and Victoria is 10m.  After less than a week using the machine and thereby cutting down on additives from store bought stuff I'm already starting to see a difference in Elizabeth's behaviour.

I've already been having a look around here and I'm booking marking away already.

He's a little scared of the machine at the moment so he hasn't attempted it yet!

Hi Kym!

It's incredible huh. I've had mine for a few weeks & fall more in love every time I use it :)

This forum is really great. The girls are lovely & helpful.

Enjoy.

Hi Kym & family, welcome to the forum. Apart from steaming dim sims, the  varoma is great for lots of other uses.  I must admit I didn't use mine for quite a while but now all my steaming of vegies and puddings are done in it.  Guess it will be up to you to show DH just what this wonderful machine can do - it is a workhorse so don't worry about wearing it out.  Have fun.

Don't worry Judy its already been steaming up a storm for vegies.  DH misses most the action as he is usually home a little late.  I'm about to go out with a lovely chocolate cake and white bean dip that the machine whipped up.

Welcome to the forum Kym.It's lovely to hear that you are having fun cooking up a storm in your TM for your family.I love using the varoma for steaming, in my opinion vegetables taste different. It's good for reheating lefterovers as well.Enjoy your TM experience.
