INAID  I used 3 X rashers of bacon and half a red onion. After I steamed the zucchinis I sprinkled them with breadcrumbs and grated vintage cheese then cooked them in the Airfryer. Fresh from our garden. First of the crop.

I love zucchini steamed but the rest of the family are not so keen. This sounds really nice. Might just do one zucchini and see if anyone is interested.

We enjoy these. Years ago when I made them for the first time I partially cooked the zucchinis in the microwave. I didn't prick the skin and they exploded all over the inside. Bit of a mess. :D :D
