Stuffed zucchinis
Number of people 3-4
Ingredients:
3 medium zucchinis
50g bacon
50g parmesan cheese
2 slices of bread two day old (without the crust)
1 egg
parsley
salt-pepper to taste
Preparation:
1 Slice zucchinis in half lengthwise. Remove flesh leaving about 7mm
thickness all around and place the flesh in the TM bowl.
2 Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix 20seconds speed 4.
3 Fill the zucchinis with the mixture and place them in the Varoma dish.
4 Rinse the bowl, put 1000g water in, close the lid and set for 20mins on Varoma speed 1.
5 Serve the zucchinis plain as an entrée, or with tomato sauce. Recipe follows:
Tips
For extra taste add some cheese on top of the zucchinis and place them under a hot grill
until light brown.
Tomato sauce with basil
Ingredients:
500g fresh or tin tomatoes 1 carrot
1 onion 1 bay leaf
2 cloves garlic 1tsp sugar
a few springs of parsley 50g white wine
a few springs of fresh basil 1tb tomato paste
or ½ ts dry salt and pepper to taste
45g olive oil
Preparation:
1 Place all ingredients except olive oil and bay leaf in the TM bowl and set for 10seconds on speed 6.
2 Add bay leaf and set for 20-25minutes on 100 speed 1. At the last minute add the olive oil
through the opening whilst the TM is working. The sauce can be used with cooked pasta.

INAID I used 3 X rashers of bacon and half a red onion. After I steamed the zucchinis I sprinkled them with breadcrumbs and grated vintage cheese then cooked them in the Airfryer. Fresh from our garden. First of the crop.
