Newbie from country Vic

Hey all!
I'm from South West Vic, Australia. I'm 25, married and have a 1 year old son. He has allergies to dairy and soy, and we are also failsafe! So I spend alot of time in the kitchen.
I've been stalking for a while, and have a demo booked in this week. I'm hoping the thermo can keep up with the 'baker' in me... we'll see

Hi LeeJ welcome to the forum. It is not if the TMX can keep up with you, it is can you keep up with the TMX
It is a real workhorse and wants to just go and go. Many of us are spending more time in the kitchen these days, not because it is taking longer to cook but we go looking for things to cook. It is so relaxing and fulfilling. Other failsafers on this forum so you have come to the right place. Enjoy your demo and looking forward to seeing some of your recipes on the forum down the track.

Judy, too true!
I'm hoping I can adapt my current recipe collection to TMX recipes, I think my husband would be rather sad if they weren't seen again! LOL They've taken a long time to get just right.

Welcome LeeJ. I'm sure you will be able to adapt your recipes to the Thermomix. If you have trouble please ask here as there are lots of clever people. Sometimes you can only do parts in the TMX but it still makes it easier.
