Potatoes, Tomatoes and Olives in Oven:Ingredients:600g potatoes, peeled and chopped
250g cherry tomatoes, washed and wiped
30 olives
3 springs of rosemary
20g extra virgin olive oil
15g lemon juice
Salt, black pepper
500g water
Preparation: * Put water in TM Bowl. Insert Steaming Basket. Put potatoes inside. Steam for 15 minutes at Varoma Temperature
* Put potatoes into a baking tin which is covered with baking paper
* Empty water. Mix oil, lemon juice and rosemary leaves for 5 seconds on Speed 6
* Pour the sauce onto potatoes
* Bake them in preheated oven at 200ºC for 10 minutes
* Take it out of oven. Add tomatoes, olives, salt, pepper and mix gently
* Put it back into oven and bake for 20-30 minutes
