OK so all cream cheese icings are pretty easy but I just did this one as i had limited time.
The recipe was
500g cream cheese
500g icing
1 tsp vanilla
All in to
and mix for as long 30sec on spd 6 scraping sides as necessary. I left mine beating as I did other things. So around 1 min.
Note:
I did 1/4 of that recipe and it was HEAPS for a 20cm square cake. Heaps.
It would adapt well to lemon or other flavouring as was not too sweet.
I used Spreadable cream cheese and not sure if it will set, is quite runny. So would advise to use the normal one.
