Name of Recipe: Apple and Wheat biscuits
Number of People: lots
Ingredients:300 g flour
180 g Apple pieces (with peel & pips).
Preparation: * Put the apple pieces and flour in the TM for 10 Sec./Speed 5 .
* Put the corn mix onto a baking paper lined tray, and spread out to abut 1/2 cm thick - press it flat and smooth
* Bake for 10 Min. at 170° .
* Take out of the oven and cut into strips and then cubes with a knife or pizza wheel
* Bake for another 45 Min. at 170°
* Allow to cool completely (for several hours) then store in an airtight container.
Photos:Tips/Hints: If not completely dry after cooling then bake again, so that they will store for a long time.
