Stickiest Tastiest Ribs Marinade

Brendan Sheedy, Heat Beads

Ingredients:

 1 cup hoisin sauce

3 tbsp tomato paste or tomato sauce

2 tbsp molasses or golden syrup

 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

 1 tbsp Tabasco sauce

1 tbsp kecap manis (Indonesian soy sauce)

 2 tbsp soft brown sugar

 5 cloves garlic, crushed

 knob ginger, finely chopped

 1 tsp paprika

 1 tsp mustard powder

2 tbsp pineapple or orange juice

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together, rub it on your favourite meat & bbq.

We had this last night, fantastic flavour. Mad 1/2 the marinade for 1 rack of pork ribs.

H :)

I love the list of ingredients too so give this a try. Do you need to marinade overnight or would the flavour improve? We love ribs and go to tony romas on Perth but I've not cooked ribs before so am a bit scared of wasting money by wrecking some good ribs by cooking myself!
