Got my Bimby from Italy, will be using it in Istanbul...

Hi everyone!
I am from Istanbul Turkey and have a daughter who is training to be a cook. I claim to have bought the TM31 for her but .. 

I saw the TM21 at my Italian teachers and decided immediately that I should also have one. She was kind enough to but it for me in Italy and post it to me. I finally have it and I am soooo excited!! I have the Italian cookbook and have tried some recipes.

I joined this forum so that I could learn from your experience and maybe share some Turkish recipes when I have tried them. At the moment I am only keeping to the book...
