CP63 I haven't done plums, I used them to make jam last year. I would do them the same as apples. I put them in with a bit of water and some raw sugar and cook at 1000 for 15 minutes or so. Plums may take less. I guess you could take the seeds out first or later. I do the apples on  :-:. You may need to cut the plums in half. Hopefully someone can help who has done them.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

thanks cookie, i may Google and see if there is a recipe online somewhere as the thing with apples is that they are nearly all water. I am the sort of person who doesn't 'just wing it' without a recipe. I'm committed to making the plums tho cos I bought a kilo today and it cost me $15 (not that cheap is it considering they are in season).
