Beef Cottage a pie with Cauliflower Mash - Nifty but Thrifty p6

As this requires 1.5 hours cooking time I'm surprised this falls under a 'Rush Hour' sub title. Allow yourself a couple of hours all up. Definitely well worth making though as it is extremely flavoursome and the cauliflower mash is a really nice smooth and creamy change from potato. I'll definitely make this one again and will be looking forward to it.

We had this the other night. At first I found the flavour a bit weird as it wasn't potato. However once I accepted it, I loved it. As CP said the cauliflower mash is very smooth.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
