Hello from Northern California

I'm a West Aussie living in Northern California, hubby bought me a TM31 for Christmas and due to unexpected guests coming for Christmas dinner decided to give me the TM early so that I could use it Christmas Day.  I'm really looking forward to serving yummy custard with my homemade Xmas pudding.

Hi sfkaren, welcome to this wonderful forum.  Don't know what your support is like in California for the TMX but you have come to the right place for any questions to be answered.  Have fun with your machine, your guests will be very impressed with how the custard makes itself whilst you sit and enjoy their company.

Hi and welcome to the forum sfkaren.What a wonderful present to receive for Christmas.My SIL loves the TM custard, so your quests will be truly impressed when they eat their Christmas Pudding. ;)

Support for the TM31 in southern California is nonexistent but I do think there are are few folks in the Bay area that have them.

I've certainly gotten 99% of the info I needed from this forum and the UK site as well as a few blogs. 

Helene, ThermomixBlogger on this forum  has been extremely helpful and I follow her blog religiously.   Thanks, Helene!  You are a gem!

I think there is technical support in Florida somewhere if your TMX is broken but Vancouver, Canada is probably a lot closer if you ever have an issue.  Strange for Vorwerk to have technical support in a country where you can't buy the TMX :(
