Does anyone have any great low gi recipes that they've managed to convert to the TMX? I would sooooo love it if they brought out a low gi cookbook sometime.

I just saw in the Australian Good Fod magazine that there is a new cookbook by Fiona  Carns called Low GI High Flavour. Most of the meat recipes in the EDC and Meat on the Menu are low GI
Being a Coeliac, I try to stick to a low GI diet and find this relatively easy with the Thermomix. Obviously, vegetables and fruit are a no brainer. I try to cook basmati rice over any other type as this is low GI. Steaks etc are hard to do in the Thermomix obviously but I have seen a couple of recipes from the new cookbook and they look easily adaptable to the Thermomix.
