I'm going to start with chicken stock then on this week's menu is:

Creamy Chicken and Veggies w/Potatoes (baf65)
Spaghetti Carbonara (from Bimby's Forum)
Chicken Korma (Indian Cookbook)
Skewered Meatballs with Rosemary Flatbread (Zan's adaptation from Jr. MasterChef Class)
Chili con Carne (Mixman)

I tend to plan for five meals per week and it spreads out with leftovers and lunches....

I'm hoping to make a few spice mixes, etc. as quick holiday gifts since we won't see most of our new friends until after the New Year anyway I should have time.

I'm thinking of using the TMX for oatmeal in the mornings and trying to make that a tradition, now to convince the almost-6 year old that is a good idea...

Hi Kulia and welcome. You won't be needing sorbet today with the lovely rain. Probably by the time you receive your TMX you will though.  You have really done some forward planning, congratulations.
