pasta with cauliflower

Name of Recipe:pasta with cauliflower
Number of People:2
Ingredients:
1 ½ liters of boiling water
200 g of cauliflower very small florets
150g potatoes cubed very small
Salt

300g cauliflower medium florets
250g of pasta
Garlic, parsley and pesto
Parmesan cheese (optional)
EVO

Preparation:

In the TM bowl add water and 200g cauliflower and potatoes + salt
In the varoma add 300g cauliflower

Have a lager bowl ready with chopped garlic, parsley and pesto (optional)

30mins on varoma speed 1 after 20 mins add 250g of pasta
Drain pasta, set aside ½ cup of the water.

Add pasta and mix very well add some EVO and parmesan cheese (optional)
Add cracked pepper and chili if you like. add same of the water if too dry

Tips/Hints: pasta was cooked just right but the cauliflower in the varoma was undercooked for me.will cut smaller next time
you can do this recipe with broccoli which i make once a week
I have my garlic, parsley and pesto ready in a container in the fridge or freezer

Add garlic,parsley, basil and a hand full of pine nuts to the bowl chop with turbo a few times add oil and mix for 20 sec on speed 5 until a paste is formed
 Add more oil to store in the fridge
