No sorry that is one I haven't had.  Error 59 flashed up on me today briefly and the machine continue stirring when the dial had been turned off.  It had me spooked for a minute.  I hope you find your answer.  :)

Kimmy do you have your instruction book handy? I can't lay my hands to mine to help you out, but it has the error codes in it and how to fix them towards the back of the English section. Hopefully someone might have theirs t hand quickly. I will keep looking for mine as I know it isn't too far away!

Oh bugger!!
This is what page 28 says for Er29
"But even if the quantities are exceeded the motor is protected by an automatic switch-off function. In such cases, the display will show the Er29.If the motor has turned off:
Put the speed selector to  *: open
Remove the mixing bowl from the appliance
Reduce the quantity contained in the bowl and/or add some liquid.
Wait approximate. 5 minutes cooling down time
Re-insert the mixing bowl
Restart the Thermomix31 by means of the speed selector
If Er 29 still displayed after the cooling time please call customer service"
It's worth a try to get the machine going again!

Great news Kimmy.  Hope it doesn't have another hissy fit for a while but at least next time you won't be quite so concerned about it.

Kimmy, I may be wrong but I think that error 58 can be to do with wet prongs.  If the metal prongs that go into the machine (on the bottom of the bowl) are wet it can create an error.  If it is due to dampness it needs to dry out before it will work again, which would explain why it is working agin this morning.  Like I said I'm not sure if this is the right one or not.  Great that your consultant is going to look into it for you though.

I'm with earth mumma. I've found with all my error codes that the problem has been wet/damp prongs and once i've dried them they're fine.
