just make sure you give it a good shake if you aren't going to use the whole container in the one batch

I didn't know that, I must remember it. I bought a heap of cream for 50 cents for 600ml the other day.(Spud Shed) I then spent ages making it all into butter as it expired the next day.

defrosted is also good in lemonade scones.
I bought 10 packs of pure cream down to 20c each the other day! I never buy fullprice cream anymore since I discovered freezing.
