Can frozen (defrosted) pure cream be used to make butter

just make sure you give it a good shake if you aren't going to use the whole container in the one batch  :)

I didn't know that, I must remember it. I bought a heap of cream for 50 cents for 600ml the other day.(Spud Shed) I then spent ages making it all into butter as it expired the next day.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

defrosted is also good in lemonade scones.

I bought 10 packs of pure cream down to 20c each the other day! I never buy fullprice cream anymore since I discovered freezing.
