As always thank you so much Judy.
Not sure what to swap all the coconut for -
The dessicated I usually use milk powder/oats/nuts
The raw coconut milk???? Coconut milk I use yoghurt or milk but not sure if that would work here.
Denzelmum what was your recipe that you used ricebran oil?

Zan, re your comment 'The raw coconut milk? Coconut milk I use yoghurt or milk but not sure if that would work here.'

That is coconut oil, not milk in the recipe. Sorry, my mistake  :-*

Hi Zan, yes I used Alfa One rice bran oil and it works.

Finally got around to making this. It's delicious! I was really surprised, I have to admit.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

I made this today. Very easy.  I used rapadura instead of honey, so I found the taste quite strong, almost treacly. So next time I think I'll use maple syrup instead.  I'll definitely make it again though.
