Happy Owner
« on: February 08, 2011, 12:16:55 pm »
Hello.  Just wanted to say a very warm hello to all my fellow Thermomix users.  My brother introduced me to the machine whilst visiting him in Aussie.  I use to describe my 50 something brother as a 'can't cook, won't cook' sort of guy.  Well, not now.  He cooks every single dish in the house.  Unbelievable.  His wife loves the machine - and I understand why.  Anyway, I'm very new to the thermomix but I've made some amazing dishes in the last couple of weeks.  I'm saving so much time and what I find unbelievable (for me) is that even complicated dishes work every single time.  So thank you to you all.  Thanks for all your tips.  I'm learning something new every single day and I'm loving it! Best wishes.   :D

Hi Lynda, nice to meet such a happy TMX owner.  What country are you in?  We love receiving recipes from other countries so perhaps you have some of your favourites you have converted and would like to share them with us.  Has your brother joined the forum?

Welcome Lynda. That is wonderful that your brother showed you the TMX. They are certainly wonder machines.
