Kneading times
« on: February 10, 2011, 11:54:08 pm »
Hi!
I would like to adapt a cinnamon roll recipe for the Thermomix. The recipe says knead for 8 to 10 minutes by hand.
What would be a good time to set in the TMX?

Thanks!
I'll post the recipe if I'm successful!

have a look at this recipe, you may not need to convert your existing one or it may be of some help for you.

I'm thinking and I don't think there is any dough that needs more than a 2 min Knead in the TMX. That would do it - 2 mins.  ;)

I knead most of my bread dough for 4 mins.   I haven't experimented,  but as Nay Nay says 2mins. Could be enough.

I am a ditz  :-)) I didn't even look to see if it had been converted, as I just knew it was there... just going back in my corner...

Isi did some cinnamon rolls here http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3286.0 that you could use as a reference bitcolorina.
