To get more mixture off your blades when scraping out the bowl, use the reverse button to put the blades in the opposite direction on speed 4-5 for a few seconds. Anything left on the blades will be spun off and you can just scrape out the bowl.

I also find it handy to lock the lid and give a couple of blasts on turbo to get extra mixture off the blades.
