Chickpea and herb balls

Name of Recipe: chickpea and herb balls
Number of People:
Ingredients:

I can chickpeas (drained and washed)
Spring onion
Coriander 
Any herb you have really
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
Pinch of cumin
Pinch of ground coriander seeds
1 tbsp Tahini
Salt
Squeeze Lemon juice
Chilli
Garlic

Preparation:
Blend a can of chickpeas 1st speed 8 for 10 seconds, just so we still have a bit of texture, then add every thing else mix, 20 seconds on 4 reverse,  make into small balls.

Pan fry til golden, they are a soft ball so be gentle :)

I served it with garlic yoghurt dipping sauce, but would be great in a  souvlaki bread with salad

Enjoy
I cook with wine…Sometimes I even put it in the food !

The photo is of before they were cooked they disappear once they are cooked lol
I cook with wine…Sometimes I even put it in the food !

deltamushworn  any idea of the amount of breadcrumbs you used ?

Once shaped do you put them in the fridge to firm up

Hi just a handful, so they are not too wet , it varies depending on the wetness of the mixture :)
Yes put them in the fridge if you can, but still ok cooked straight away :)
