Thanks Natmum for the website,the recipes look so good.The Lime and Coconut self saucing pudding looks interesting. ;)

Well the lemon slice was very very yummy..made it all in the TM weighed all the dry ingredients first then just followed the instructions...but because I like a crunchie biscuit base, I think I will bake it rather than just letting it sit in the fridge to set.

Made the lime and coconut self saucing pudding last night. DH is not much of a sweets person but he liked the tartness of this one. Was really easy to convert to TM.
