this chicken & sweetcorn recipe for entree with home made bread rolls (that always impresses). Pity they don't like seafood but I love crepes for entertaining - usually a seafood filling but I've also done it with
honey mustard chicken and it is delicious. It can be made well in advance and I have frozen the filled crepes. Just be sure to put them on baking paper when you cook them.
