Ingredients:
2 capsicum cut in ½
3 cup of EDC bread crumbs
75 mls of XVO
Napolitana sauce
Mozzarella cheese optional
Preparation:
Mix oil and bread crumbs
Stuff the capsicum
Place in the varoma dish
Add 1 ½ liters of boiling water to the bowl
Cook on varoma at speed 3 to 4
Mine took 18 mins to cook.
Transfer to tray or baking dish top with Napolitana sauce and mozzarella cheese
Place under the grill for a few mins

My bread crumbs had a combination of breads ,if using only white bread it would take less oil
