Hi everyone, been dying to have one of these for years and finally bit the bullet after continually driving past all the machinery the boys say we have to have! So now we have the machine we have to have!!!!! Bring on seeding, the cook is ready.

I am from a small farming community called Cascade about 120km out from Esperance in WA. Two of us out here purchased a TM a fortnight ago and we are so excited we cant wait.

Welcome RM. Your seeding workmen will be living the high life this year. Your TMX will have cost 1/100th of some of their farming implements and will be able to multitask much better

Thankyou all for such a warm welcome. Received the TM on Friday. Had a few successes but managed a failure with the mash potato from the book. Tried doing Cyndi O'Meara's mash last night which was very successful. 2 of the force of 7 have turned up for seeding so they got good old bangers and mash with coleslaw. I may have had too large a clove of garlic in the mayo as it is very Strong but I liked it. I am going to try the The Not-so Humble Carrot Cake today from Why is there Air as it looked so easy and scrumptious.

Welcome RM and sounds like the men will be fully appreciative of the food that will be coming out of the kitchen. This is a really good
Carrot Cake
,
Banana Cake
,
Lemon Yoghurt Cake
and
Jam Coconut Slice
which are easy to whip up in the TM and I am sure will be enjoyed at smoko.
We hope you find this forum helpful and inspiring. We also look forward to trying out any converted recipes once you settle in
Here are
some helpful hints
when first starting out.

Welcome RM. Do they like any spicy foods? Things like the beef rendang are great if they don't mind some spice. can cut the spice back if needed
