Pretzels - the doughy kind

has anyone made pretzels in their TM?
I found this recipe and thought I might give it a go.... it's not a TM recipe, but would be easy enough to do ?

I use a recipe for Parmesan Grissini and make small pretzels from them. You could make larger ones.

Not sure if this sort of pretzel is what you are after? There is also a Pretzel recipe in the Festive Flavours book.

I have made the pretzels from the festive cookbook. I'd never had pretzels before so not sure how they compare to the bought ones but I know the boys polished them off.

I tasted my first soft doughy pretzels whn i was living in the USA. They were covered in cinnamon and sugar and you get them from food courts etc at the shopping centres. (Auntie Annes Pretzels). I think I will have to go and make these now that you have posted a recipe.
