OK here I am mindmapper. WE are in Monkey Mia and last night we had a similar dish to Baf's chicken but I did curry paste and chopped onions in the bowl before putting in the stock. I then thickened the sauce with a little floour (Forgot the cornflour) and served the sauce over the vegies.
Tonight I have some sliced stir fry steak marinating in soy, ginger, EVOO. I plan to put it in the bottom of the varoma, while I cook some rice. Vegies in the varoma too. then mix it all together and flavour with soy etc if needed. This is sort of Jo's recipe.
The other night we had a chicken risotto. We often have soup if it is cool enough.
I don't have an oven in my van so am limited a bit.
