Whipped FetaIngredients200g smooth feta
2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoons honey
PreparationPlace the feta, yoghurt, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, lemon rind and honey into the bowl.
Wizz until it is well combined. Season with pepper.
I served this with green veggies that I had partially cooked in the microwave. The next day I also used in on my salad at lunchtime. I only made ½ quantity.
